ADMISSIONS INTO ERuDeF INSTITUTE FOR 2015/2016 OPEN!

The ERuDeF Institute of Biodiversity and Non-profit Studies (ERuDeF Institute), Reg. No025/2012/AVC/MINEFOP/SG/DAG), is currently admitting students for the 2015/2016 academic year into her different training programmes.

 

Students with A’L Level Certificate or equivalent are eligible for a 4-year programme leading to the award of a professional Bachelors degree. The first year of the programme is sanctioned with the award of a National Diploma, a Higher National Diploma in the 3rd and a professional Bachelors degree in the 4th year. The undergraduate programme is offered in partnership and in a co-sharing arrangement with the St. Monica University Buea, affiliated to the US-based St. Monica University. Our undergraduates are some of the most accomplished and motivated students anywhere.

 

This is a 2-year intensive programme with 1-year of course work and 1 year of research and field work leading to the award of a professional Masters degree. Students with at least a Bachelors degree from any discipline to undergo a 2-year training programme in partnership with the St. Monica University in Buea. Students could minor in Human Resources Management, Project Management, Financial Management and Audit of NGOs, Research and Leadership for Public Sector.

ERuDeF Institute supports research mentorship for students from collaborating universities. Such students are required to produce a thesis embodying the results of independent investigation under the mentorship of ERuDeF Institute’s faculty and the guidance of an academic supervisor at the students’ own universities.

The ERuDeF Institute offers short courses for people who wish to undertake continuing professional development, or to learn about a new subject or area of study. These courses include but are not limited to fundraising, project development and management, strategic plans and GIS for development. Consult the annual calendar of short courses published each year in July of the previous year for details.

 

METHODS OF DELIVERY

This is offered at the ERuDeF Institute in Buea or any of its field sites. The trainees attend lectures at the Institute during week days; morning to evening per lecture time table.

 

It is offered during the week-end for business executives and busy professionals, who cannot afford free time during the week.

 

It is offered in major towns to business executives and busy professionals who cannot leave their towns. It is a one-week intensive programme offered once in every quarter. Candidates for this programme must attend the opening, open days and convocation sessions at EIBiNS.

 

This programme is offered for specific courses such as NGO & Fundraising Studies to busy professionals and students, who for one reason or the other cannot be full time on campus. It offered through the ERuDeF Institute Website.

Through the Online Study delivery mode, you can study from anywhere in the world that has internet access.
